@0xavid5@Pirat_Nation I disagree, the game did well because the game is GOOD. Streamers played the game because the game is GOOD. The hame sold so well because it’s a GOOD game. If a game is well designed, people will play it. Simple as that.
@2wide22@TomcatNASCAR_2 Because each race has a set timer, as well as a maximum amount of laps. It’s to make sure that the race doesn’t take too long to complete. You either finish all laps, or hit the end of the timer which initiates the final lap.
@wisterianorris@DanImpulse Bigger picture: it’s not about Lando winning, it’s about Lando finishing ahead of (or if behind, as close as possible to) Piastri.
@ghost97417@St3v019@TheTacticalBrit It will never become the only mode in the game. They are simply catering to the different types of players, there’s still plenty of modes for true PVP that can challenge those that are looking for it - BattleDads with 1hr a day to play are not. It’ll be fine. The game won’t die.
@jfosback@grussellcode No. He has he inside when wheel to wheel with Piastri, therefore (within reason) he can dictate the turn in however he wants. Norris didn’t make contact with any car and was ahead at the apex, so is not at fault.
