@suemonkman29 @InessaTori7603 @luxemiaa It’s the percent of the bill based on service. I’d give a $10 tip on a $20 meal if the service and experience were excellent. And $15 on $100 of it was poor. They both matter.
@luxemiaa If you think a table that gets a $50 dish and a $15 dish gets the same service, you’ve never worked in a restaurant… And if you think the customer expects the same service on a $50 vs. a $15 dollar dish, you’ve never worked in a restaurant.
@micheal_ws18 If you are active in the gym and have a “base” built, then I’d say rear delts- especially something like John Meadows Rear Delt Swings. Capping the shoulder changes the way a lifter looks in 3D.

Don't change the iPhone if the battery starts to drain.
Apple intentionally set the default settings so that the battery drains quickly.
After I played around with the settings myself, the battery now lasts from 6 hours to 10 hours.

This is the COMPLETE Peptide Tier List compilation — Parts 1 through 3 combined into one deep dive.
We break down the most talked-about compounds in fitness, longevity, anti-aging, and fat loss: Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Retatrutide, Mazdutide, Growth Hormone (HGH), HCG, IGF-1 LR3, Tesamorelin, Sermorelin, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, BPC-157, TB-500, NAD+, Melanotan, Selank, SEMAX, MOTS-C, Kisspeptin, Insulin, and more.
If you’ve ever searched: • Best peptides for fat loss • Best peptide for muscle growth • GLP-1 vs growth hormone • Is BPC-157 legit? • Is insulin dangerous for bodybuilding?
This thread answers it.
We cover: ✔️ Real human data vs hype ✔️ Fat loss vs muscle-building compounds ✔️ GLP-1 agonists (semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide) ✔️ Growth hormone secretagogues ✔️ Longevity + nootropic peptides ✔️ The compounds people massively overestimate
Some are revolutionary. Some are promising. Some are pure internet fantasy.
This isn’t bro science. It’s mechanism + data + real-world application.
If you’re considering peptides for weight loss, muscle gain, performance, anti-aging, or cognition — read this before you inject anything.

You’re flat on Retatrutide for two reasons, both of which are generally due to the nearly opposite function of glucagon and insulin.
Retatrutide acts as a glucagon agonist - which causes your body to mobile energy stores in the liver for use, leading to glycogenolysis, releasing glucose into the bloodstream. Fatty acids are also liberated for use in metabolism.
This is the opposite of what insulin does - insulin causes your body to store energy by synthesizing glycogen from glucose and triglyerides from fatty acids in your blood.
The first reason you’re flat is because Retatrutide works opposite insulin and prevents storage of glucose to some degree; which is good for fatloss but bad for pumps. One can remedy this with excess carbohydrate administered periworkout, or (don’t do this) exogenous insulin to “override” the glucagon agonism and forcing storage of glucose as muscle glycogen.
The second reason you’re flat is because glucagon also causes your kidneys to excrete more sodium (Na+), so you’ll want to also increase your electrolyte intake. I have a 10:2:1:1 Na:K:Ca:Mg molar ratio electrolyte I make, and it’s been good at keeping me hydrated on Retatrutide.
@BobGreenburg Agree completely. Seasons start too late for the amount of games they are now playing. Call Week Zero Week One in college, get rid of bye weeks. In NFL, get rid of the whole preseason and start before Labor Day.
@Bald_And_Bougie They act like kids still get forced to sit a year if they move up. They’re salty bc they are just a farm system now. But they should all have full scholarships available, D2 and D3.
