I am pleased to share that the Honourable Chief Justice has now empanelled a three-judge bench to hear and determine our Odious Debt Petition E216 of 2025

Hon Justice F Gikonyo will preside together with Hon Lady Justice J Wambua and Hon Justice M A Otieno

This is an important step forward. It means our arguments will be heard fully fairly and openly as the Constitution demands. The era of secrecy around public debt is ending. The courtroom is ready. Kenya’s future is on that bench.

To every Kenyan who has stood with this cause stand firm. This petition is yours too. We stand for every shilling spent in our name. We stand for every child whose dreams have been mortgaged. We stand for truth accountability and a government that answers to its people.

We shall place every document every affidavit every fact before the court and we trust the judges to do justice in full light of day. Let the looters and cartels know your days of hiding behind sealed ledgers and clever excuses are over. Kenya will account for every debt. We will defend every right.
