Hey @cooksventure …customer service says it’s ok that your “vacuum-sealed” packages somehow crack during shipping and leak when thawing. Every single package of chicken and beef we’ve thawed from our initial order has done this. This doesn’t seem like safe food hygiene to us! 🤷🏻‍♂️
