@ChadOutside@brivael Everyone has to find the "game" they're good at. There are plenty to choose from. A pianist will not win the auto mechanic game and vice versa.
@pauljauregui Gotch. Not sure if you're doing any sort of active pick location slotting, but that, auto shipping box selection, automatic parcel rate shopping, and multi-order picking can see 30-50% reduction in fulfillment time, setting you up for further growth.
@CollinRugg@Cernovich Are rate pay downs tax deductible? Doesn't the additional up front cash invested for the pay down actually reduce you cash on cash return? Especially if you include the opportunity cost of other investment opportunities?
@Ehronnn@burrytracker Rising interest rates means buyers can't afford as expensive a house, which limits demand. Sellers in turn have to drop prices to make it more affordable to buyers. But sellers may not sell if they have a low rate and hence potentially limit supply.
@scouzi@jimcramer Wow, that's crappy. I'd guess they charge back the scam seller...but maybe they drain their PayPal merchant account by the time the dispute comes through.
@scouzi@jimcramer As someone who owned an ecom store, we'd have scammers pay with hijacked credit cards or PayPal accounts. The legit owner files a dispute, the Vendor (me) gets their account debited for the amount. I.e. PayPal doesn't eat it, the seller does.
