Gold would be more complicated as I suspect it is an accumulation over years built by CB for FX and monetary stability, & hence possibly nation wealth from a principle perspective (2/n)

I would argue hierarchy of claims also applies to the CB… we can start with reserves of commercial banks (1/n).
