It's end of the day,I've received nothing-not even an update.This delay is unacceptable&extremely frustrating.I can't help but wonder if my concerns are being taken seriously

@TajHotels My past experiences with Taj were not so great. Had even given a written compaint to one of your hotels of restaurant staff being racist. I still chose your hotel to celebrate my daughter's first birthday but i guess responding guests is not an imp task.
