@alfardanuae@WesternUnion 2.2 years now, and I planned to keep on using it, but not with this kind of service were transfers get cancelled for no reason and the funds get stuck somewhere for 14 working days. I have tried reaching out to customer care @alfardanuae but none can give me a clear answear.
@alfardanuae I had three transactions I did through your partner @WesternUnion. All three transactions have been cancelled for no reason; not only that, I am told the refund will get back to me in 14 days. That's really unfair, given i have been using your platform for more
@AirTanzania 3/3 @AirTanzania your POC at Harare Airport Miriam Raza is rude about it? Really? N do we get compensation for booking lodging in Harare where we donβt stay waiting for our bags? We have 2 weeks vacation in Harare, how do we have 4 days with same clothes?
@AirTanzania 1/3 I flew with u from DXB to HRE on 2nd of Aug with a connection to HRE, on arrival to HRE we didnβt get our luggage n told to cm e following day, today we cm as advised and our bags are not there again n now we have to wait until Tues to potentially get them.
2/3 @AirTanzania we tried to inquire as to why we canβt have our luggage on arrival, second day of arrival even with delay n the most illogical reason we got is βweight balanceβ how is that possible we all the affected people were flying with just normal 23 kg by 2 allocated bags
