Democratic Congressmember Adam Smith has the blood on his hands of the nearly half a million Palestinians who have been killed by Israel.

Smith needs to be thrown out of office and put on trial for war crimes.

Smith has voted repeatedly to fund the genocide.

Smith has repeatedly opposed U.N. food aid and helped create the current mass starvation.

Smith voted in December 2023 to send at least $500 million for the Israeli genocide of Gaza, and nearly $900 billion for overall U.S. military spending.

Smith voted in March, 2024 to send $3.3 billion for the Israeli genocide of Gaza.

With this bill, Smith also banned any U.S. funding from being given to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), which was the main food aid delivery organization in Gaza. Smith voted for this ban even though there was data already in December 2023, from 21 credible organizations, that starvation was reaching catastrophic levels and famine was imminent.

Smith voted in April 2024 to send over $26 billion for the Israeli genocide of Gaza. Once again, Smith banned any U.S. funding for UNRWA, and continued starving children in Gaza.

In July 2025, Smith voted against an amendment to cut $500 million in funding for the Israeli genocide in Gaza.

Smith has called anti-genocide protesters “left-wing fascists” and demanded they be arrested.

Smith voted for the Iraq War in 2002.

In 2001, Smith voted for Republican President George W. Bush’s Patriot Act, which unleashed a new wave of mass surveillance and attacks on peaceful protest movements.

In 2002, Smith voted to create ICE as part of his support for Bush’s Homeland Security Act and the bipartisan assault on immigrants.

In 2022, Smith voted to break the railroad workers’ strike.

In 1999, Smith voted for the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, which deregulated banking and helped create the 2008 Great Recession. He then voted to bail out Wall Street, instead of millions of ravaged working families.

In 1997, Smith voted for Democratic President Bill Clinton’s Balanced Budget Act, which savagely cut Medicare and Medicaid by nearly $150 billion. The bill also opened the door to privatizing Medicare.

Adam Smith needs to go!
