@CenturyLink I've been without internet for days. Our appointment was cancelled, my husband was hung up on when trying to get more info Next we're being told we need to upgrade. Can someone just help us without giving us the run round? Xfinity is looking pretty nice right now
I can't believe @CenturyLink is going to charge me $99 to fix my internet that randomly went out. And make me wait a week to fix it. And also keep me on hold for an hour and speak to 5 people and then drop the call without any resolution. @Xfinity can have my business
And I called @WestJet customer service at least 3 times trying to manage my bag delay. Thank you @UnitedAirlines for actually taking care of my bag in Tokyo and not @WestJet
Don’t ever fly @WestJet because they’ll lose your bag for 4 days on your honeymoon, refuse to reimburse you for your purchases and then not refund your seat selection when they rebook you on another airline
Notice my bag went from Seattle to Calgary to Vancouver and then BACK to Calgary before getting it 4 days later in Japan. And they won’t reimburse me for the straightener I bought right after I saw it was in Calgary
Ticketmaster is literally Satan. Two of Dante's ring's of hell belong to @Ticketmaster. One is trying to buy from your computer and it thinking you're a bot no matter your browser and the other is trying to buy from your phone and constantly getting a 403 page
The number of calls I’ve tried to make trying to dispute a charge for the wedding dress @odylyne never sent with @Chase is why I’ll switch back to @USAA
