@Real_BasedAF @OneRealPOV Me! My stemming charge is user of a controlled substance in possession of a firearm. Same statute that Elias costianes had vacated.

Me, my case is in limbo because the statute used for my stemming charge is being ruled on by the Supreme Court. They will make a ruling in June. Once the Supreme Court rules that the statute is unconstitutional in some cases, the prosecutors will hopefully file an unopposed motion to vacate my charge similar to what happened with the oath keepers (they can’t do that currently because they are arguing in favor of the statute at the Supreme Court, so it would be hypocritical to be unopposed to my motion) hence why my case is in limbo.
If after all this the judge still denies my motion the I would either need a second pardon like Dan Wilson, or I will need help paying for a lawyer to take my case up to the 5th circuit.

Me, when I was raided I received the same stemming charge as Elias costianes, exact same statute (922g3). He was on appeal so his case was easier to rectify. My conviction was past the point of direct appeal so it is more difficult. I have filed a 2255 motion to vacate the conviction so as of now it is in the judges hands. I will need a second pardon like Dan Wilson if the judge denies my motion, or else I will have to spend 10s of thousands of dollars appealing that decision.

Something critical became crystal clear over the past 24 hours.

For months, conservatives have been at each other’s throats. Divided over the soul of our movement and what true conservatism even means. The flashpoint has almost always been foreign policy.

Under Joe Biden, conservative citizens lived in genuine fear. They lived in terror that speaking their minds, attending a rally, or questioning the regime could land them in handcuffs. The DOJ wasn’t just politicized. it was weaponized as a tool of intimidation and revenge.

Yesterday and today, I watched both sides of our movement drop their differences and celebrate a major victory against that tyranny.

If Republicans want any real shot at dominating the midterms and beyond, the path forward is unmistakable:

Focus relentlessly on making things right.

- Help the victims of the Biden DOJ’s abuses.

- Bring those who perverted justice for political gain to account.

This is a winning strategy across the board. It will electrify the base at the exact moment we need it most. It transcends every internal debate because it speaks to something deeper than policy disagreements. It speaks to justice, freedom, and the rule of law.

Nothing is more important.

Nothing is more motivating.

Nothing is more uniting.

We focus. We win.

We dare. We win

Now that Oath Keeper and Proud Boy cases are resolved, the Trump admin/DOJ still needs to be pressured to do several things re J6:

- @FreeStateWill is still fighting in court as the DOJ tries to claw back his discovery, likely to protect fed provacateurs at the Capitol; the DOJ needs to stop stealing evidence

-@OneRealPOV needs to either be given a second pardon as was done for @DDog10890344, or the J6 pardon needs to be found to apply to charges stemming from his J6 raid as with @MrCostianes, so he does not have to return to prison; @chanceuptmore similarly needs recognition; Garret Miller's case also needs dismissal and release from probation; the admin should support @TheBradHoliday in vacating his NY state charges

-@elielrosausa should be granted full support and protections as a legal immigrant after his process was disrupted

-All federal agencies who had assets deployed on January 6 need to be audited and forced to produce the names of every federal officer and informant they had present

-All remaining January 6 prosecutors, such as my own, need to be fired, and the judges should be impeached

-Restitution should be provided in one form or another for the gross abuses of civil liberties by the United States government across all its branches over the years following Janaury 6, as well as for the blatant entrapment we faced

-All January 6 footage that still hasn't been released needs to finally be released to the public

-All anonymous Sedition Hunters should be publicly named to permanently discourage future political inquisitions by paid informants

-Congress must remove all January 6 atrocity propaganda, from plaques honoring lying police officers to Capitol exhibits claiming J6 was an insurrection in which officers died

-Every member of Congress and false witness that took part in the fraudulent J6 Select Committee must be held accountable

We need prayer & lots of it. So many of us are still hurting. Father I pray that you place a layer of protection over all J6 patriots. I pray for the Oath Keepers that they will finally get the pardon they all deserve. I pray for my friend @chanceuptmore that he will no longer be under the thumb of the government and live free. I pray for truth and justice, that the veil will be lifted and that the people will know the truth. Thank you Father for the adversity in my life, thank you for the trials and tribulations because without them I would not be who I am. Thank you for molding me like clay into the person I am.
