Dear Uefa and Club Financial Control Body;

In her testimony to the public prosecutor's office, Ebru Gürsoy, who worked at Galatasaray Sports Club for seven years, confirmed the allegations that Galatasaray sold tickets on the black market 

In her attached testimony to the prosecutor's office, the former Galatasaray employee said, "There has been intense black market activities at Galatasaray Sports Club for the last 2 seasons. This business continues in many ways."

“Since the UEFA room is usually available during league matches, black market activities are carried out in this room. These rooms are usually used by individuals from the Galatasaray management named Alper Narman, Eray Yazgan and Bora Bahçetepe... As soon as Passolig assigns tickets to the club, these three individuals acquire those tickets.

I heard that the money which was going to president Dursun Özbek was taken by Ümit Karpuz, who was Dursun Özbek's driver, and deposited into his own account.  These activities were generally carried out by Gökhan Özbek, the president's son, due to Dursun Özbek's age and the nature of these tasks, which required technology.

I learned that Eray Yazgan and Alper Narman went to former Galatasaray council member Ahmet Yüce and said, ‘We did this, but let me tell you why we did it. The banks union (where Galatasaray is indebted to) deduct 50 percent of the income Galatasaray generates from tickets, season tickets and various other places, and we established a system in order to prevent this deduction, so that we generate income for Galatasaray that won't go to the Banks Union. That's why we got into this business.’

Especially in away European matches, 5,000 away tickets for example, are directly transferred by the club to Ultraslan (Galatasaray's fan base). Ultraslan sells these tickets on the black market. Despite being involved with the club for the last 2 years, I have not been able to get an away ticket."

By selling UEFA tickets on the black market, Galatasaray reduces the share of UEFA from the ticket income they generate. Also, they reduce their debt by generating illegal income and avoiding taxes. This kind of income is against financial fair play rules.

In light of all these documents and evidence that have been suppressed and ignored by the Turkish Football Federation and other official authorities, it is clear that Galatasaray Sports Club has cast a shadow on the spirit of football by committing criminal activities and generating illegal income. We request an urgent investigation of this matter by UEFA and Club Financial Control Body demand that the necessary penalties be applied to the relevant parties and the club.
