We’re in El Salvador meeting with local civil society organizations. In this video, @NoahFBullock, Executive Director of @Cristosal, unpacks the current situation in-country, including the government’s suppression of free press, violations of due process, and the ongoing state of exception.

We’ve also submitted requests to meet with President Bukele and to access CECOT, as well as Centro Industrial Penitenciario in Santa Ana, though we anticipate that these requests may be denied.
