As a practicing physician for over 50 years, I have seen this condition before. It is referred to as "Witzelsucht". A rarely diagnosed brain disorder. The condition is due to damage to the frontal lobe of the brain, or in Joe's case both frontal lobes? His was the result of a ruptured aneurysm in an anterior cerebral artery and surgical clip placement to treat the bleeding. This occurred in February of 1988. He then had a second aneurysm, which had not ruptured, clipped in May of 1988 on the other side. Any physician who has treated a patient with this condition would recognize it immediately. If you haven’t seen it you will probably miss it every time. We have a saying in medicine, “You don’t see what you don’t know.” All of the information is readily available on the Internet, YouTube, or just Google it, or in any good Neurology text and I am at a loss as to why no one has come forward with it, in regard to Joe Biden. I am especially concerned that Joe's neurosurgeon had the nerve to say that Joe's brain was just fine. He is either ignorant of the condition or may be willfully covering it up.
Doctors love case reports, so I have a beauty. My patient Mary presented with a severe headache and was discovered to have a leaking anterior cerebral artery aneurysm. She underwent surgery and the aneurysm was clipped without complication and she was soon released from the hospital. Several weeks later she was released by her neurosurgeon to return to work. The neurosurgeon referred her back to me (Mary’s Family Physician) for clearance. She seemed to be fully recovered, but I did notice that she was more jovial than I remembered and laughed quite easily. I didn’t think much of it at the time and I released her to return to her job as a bank manager. The following Monday she returned to work at the bank. Monday afternoon I received a call from her employer and he was quite upset. He asked “What Happened to Mary?” I was somewhat surprised when he said she has been out in the bank lobby telling dirty jokes to the male customers and laughing uproariously. He then said she can not work here like this and was let go from her job. That is when I learned about “Witzelsucht”. I have subsequently seen a second case that was due to repeated frontal head injuries in an elderly female who had fallen striking her head and sustaining a severe frontal lobe contusion. Hers was associated with psychomotor seizures that were missed by a neurologist!
And now for Joe, why do I say he is “Witzelsucht”? Every case seems to be a little different, but Joe has several features that are very suggestive and are hallmarks of
the condition. Obviously Joe is being very carefully managed and frequently secluded and only allowed to say what is one the teleprompter or cue cards. In spite of these measures, the internet is loaded with videos of Joe’s foibles.
1.Repeatedly telling rather bizarre stories at inappropriate times. Think about “Corn Pop” and the story of the children in the pool, playing with the hair on his legs, when he was a lifeguard
2.Many instances of his attraction to young girls with his hair sniffing, hugging and other inappropriate behavior.
3.Telling inappropriate jokes at inappropriate times.
4. Instances where he turns takes a step or two and holds out his hand to shake hands when no one is there. These may actually be psychomotor seizures which are also related to damage to the frontal and temporal area of the brain.

She’s an undocumented immigrant who decided to publish the names of ICE agents.

That is not “activism.” That is doxxing federal officers whose literal job is to enforce immigration law.

At minimum, it’s reckless, putting individuals and their families at risk. At maximum, it’s a direct provocation of the state.

And here’s the brutal truth: if you’re undocumented, you are already on thin ice structurally.

Choosing to poke the very system that has the authority to deport you, by targeting its enforcers, isn’t some brave act of resistance. It’s a self-destructive escalation.

The narrative gymnastics from media outlets trying to paint this as righteous are irrelevant to the structural reality.

No state, left or right, tolerates its agents being openly endangered. Doxxing ICE agents as an illegal immigrant is basically handing the state its justification on a silver platter.

Deep down truth:
•What she did was reckless and indefensible.
•It strengthens the state’s hand, not weakens it.
•It risks legitimizing harsher measures against others in her situation.
•It shows limbic rebellion - not strategic resistance.

Oh, where to begin with this masterclass in selective statistics and propaganda? Let’s tackle these talking points one by one and show why this attempt to gaslight the public into ignoring reality falls flat:

Inflation is “only” 2.6%

• Conveniently cherry-picking year-over-year numbers doesn’t erase the fact that prices skyrocketed under Biden and remain historically high.
• Even at 2.6%, inflation compounds. Wages haven’t kept up with the cumulative price increases, leaving Americans struggling to afford basic necessities. Groceries, gas, and housing costs remain far above pre-Biden levels.

Crime is falling

• Falling from what? Violent crime saw massive spikes in 2020-2021. Even a slight decline now doesn’t erase the fact that many cities remain far more dangerous than they were pre-pandemic.
• Major urban centers mostly run by Democrats continue to struggle with rising homicides, carjackings, and retail theft. Ask small business owners or families in these cities if they feel safer. Spoiler: They don’t.

Border crossings are the lowest in over 4 years

• This is laughable. Border crossings hit record highs under Biden’s policies, and even a slight decrease from catastrophic levels doesn’t mean the problem is solved.
• The reality: Over 2.3 million illegal crossings occurred in FY 2023. A single month of improvement doesn’t erase years of failure. Biden’s open-border policies have overwhelmed border towns and strained resources across the country. Yale university did a study showing an estimate closer to 22 million illegals reside in the US.

Fentanyl overdoses are dropping

• This claim is wildly misleading. Overdose deaths have surged in recent years due to fentanyl flooding across the border. Even if there’s a slight decline, we’re still at crisis levels.
• In 2022 alone, over 70,000 Americans died from synthetic opioids, primarily fentanyl. Where’s the accountability for the porous border that allows this deadly drug to enter the U.S.?

America has the best economy in the world

• The economy might look fine on paper if you’re Wall Street or a tech billionaire, but for everyday Americans, the story is different.
• Rising debt, stagnant wages, and affordability crises in housing and healthcare are crushing the middle class. Bidenomics might be great for the elites, but Main Street isn’t feeling it.

Be Angry at the Lies?

Sure, but let’s aim that anger in the right direction:
• Be angry at an administration that downplays your struggles while celebrating inflated “successes”.
• Be angry at politicians who let the border crisis spiral out of control, leaving communities to bear the brunt.
• Be angry at leaders who pretend crime is falling while ignoring the victims in their own cities.

Your post is right about one thing: people are being lied to. But the lies aren’t coming from those highlighting these crises… they’re coming from those trying to cover them up.

One Angry Biden Lie After Another

A demagogic fuming Biden gave another Phantom of the Opera speech blasting conservatives for all the destruction that he has caused and has resulted in his own historic unpopularity.

All too aware that he was confused and incoherent, his handlers felt that the antidote was to come out barking and bellowing at his imaginary enemies.

Any Never Trumper who would vote for such a screeching maniac is suicidal. The night’s nadir? Joe, of the Hunter-Biden family consortium, damned the money-grubbing “rich” who “don’t pay their fair share of taxes”—all of this when his own son is now facing multiple felony counts for not paying any income tax at all! And Joe himself has received lots of family money without paying tax on such “loan repayments”.

In truth, Biden gave the most livid state-of-the-union address in modern memory, a surreal teleprompted rant from a “get off my grass” old man. At points, he started howling at the seated opposition and even called out Supreme Court Justices. Determined not to reveal cognitive decline, Biden instead came late to the podium shouting nonstop, grimacing in reptilian style for over an hour.

If the planned Adderall-fueled screaming was to prove he was still alive, most would have preferred his drowsy incoherence.

But mostly the speech was one of abject lies as he either blamed all his disasters on others or claimed they were his greatest achievements.

Deficits? Why does he think we have high inflation and high interest rates after he took office? The debt was $28 trillion when he came in and now after just 3 years it is nearly $35—and is now growing by $1 trillion every 100 days. At the current rate a two-term Biden presidency would have in aggregate added $22 trillion more to national debt.

Ukraine? Biden started out with Ukraine, not inflation, not the border, not crime. Does he remember he suspended military aid to Ukraine upon taking office? Does he know that Putin did not invade a neighboring country in just one administration of the last four?  Does he know why? Does he recall his humiliation in Afghanistan that green lighted Putin? There are now 700,000 combined casualties in Ukraine and so what is the plan to end our Verdun? Another 6-month-long “spring offensive” against fortified lines?

Abortion? Biden screamed that the Dobbs decision outlaws abortion and threatens women’s lives when it allows any state to let its own people determine their own laws. Is Trump’s plan to let the states decide and to favor a 16-week ban more sensible than Biden’s abortion on demand that would allow some 5,000-10,000 partial birth or post-21 weeks abortions?

The Border? Do we remember Mayorkas bragging in detail how Biden rescinded all of Trump executive orders (he listed them by name) to destroy the border and let in 8-10 million illegal aliens? Biden campaigned on just that, calling on illegal aliens  to “surge” the border.

Inflation? It is up 17% since he took office! Prices of the stuff of life have risen 30%—staple foods, fuel, appliances and care, shelter, mortgages. etc.
January 6? In Bidenland a buffoonish afternoon riot now trumps Pearl Harbor—or the 120 days of looting, rioting, violence, death, and injury of summer 2020?

Gaza? Basically Hamas murders, rapes, tortures, and mutilates1,200 Jews, takes 250 hostages, rapes and murders untold numbers of them, is shielded by civilians beneath mosques, schools, and hospitals, and then the US blames Israel for retaliating. Biden cites bogus Hamas fatality figures, and promises to build a US port on the Gaza coast to pour in massive aid to Hamas-controlled Gaza.

This furorious speech was a preview of the 2024 campaign. The Democratic nominee will run on abortion, January 6, and the ‘booming’ economy, hope leftwing prosecutors can bankrupt or incarcerate Trump, and ensure that in all the swing states 70 percent of the electorate do not vote in person on Election Day.
