@FOBroadband Thank you, the challenge has been resolved, installation was completed and I was activated yesterday 21st August, 2024.

@FOBroadband the fibre one broadband service was recently activated in my estate in Abuja, I made payment for subscription on 22nd June 2024, cabling was done a week later but I am yet to be allocated a router or activated till now.

@FOBroadband I am telling you that I made payment since 22nd June and I am yet to be connected, how am I supposed to get Service ID when you are yet to install a router at my residence three months after receiving payment. This is sad
