Wes, @WUSTL_Bear , I've been fortunate enough to catch your attention a couple of times with some engagement on X (and it is always appreciated!).
Obviously $APLD @APLDdigital has been on a tear as of recent with $36 Billion in leases over 13 months and likely $7 Billion more in short order (PF2 and DF1), in addition to a slew or RFS announcements rolling in over the next 6 months.
Those that pay attention are familiar with $CHRN being rolled out into its own company of which APLD owns roughly 97%.
What I'd love to understand a bit more of, if you can share in any sort of capacity... is CHRN actively looking to build it's own data centers and be a full on Neocloud (like an $IREN, $NBIS or $CRWV)?
If that is too cumbersome to answer, maybe just shedding light on the Megawatts CHRN is or isnt trying to grow into and scale with?
I know a new team is hired for CHRN but maybe @realjasonzhang could/would also shed some light?
Would love to hear more on the plans of Chronoscale!

Building these facilities isn’t like throwing up a coffee shop overnight. There are tons of utilities, manpower requirements, and extremely strict specs that all have to come together.
Just keep things moving and don’t let the timeline slip $APLD 👍🏻
Every new AI data center creates more demand for AI, not less. That's what people referring to past booms keep getting wrong about this one.
Better AI needs more computing power to run. Cheaper AI gets used more, not less. And every step change in capability creates use cases that didn't exist a year ago.
Demand grows at the speed of software, but supply cannot. Supply grows at the speed of the real world: power connections, transmission lines, concrete, steel, and the thousands of people it takes to build.
In past booms, technology helped supply catch up. This time, technology is on the other side of the equation. It's fueling exponential demand, and the real world can't build fast enough to keep up.

The market still isn’t giving APLD’s backlog and future NOI the same credit it gives the actual AI revenue and EBITDA already being generated by names like NBIS, CRWV, IREN.
At this point, what APLD really needs for a meaningful rerating isn’t just another contract announcement. It needs actual revenue recognition, EBITDA/NOI to start showing up in the numbers, and PF1 to ramp successfully. If the contracts keep piling up but take too long to translate into earnings, this shitty discount is probably going to stick around.
