Today, the #CQC published their most recent report into the #NSFT. The CQC found that the Trust has further deteriorated since the last inspection and mental health services remain #inadequate, raising serious concerns for patient safety.

Great news to end the year finally after years of campaigning by @INQUEST_ORG & other groups funding for Article 2 inquests will be non means tested from 12 Jan 2022. Still lots more work to be done so all bereaved families have access to funding but a step in the right direction
