Hi sir/madam
Its been months and rta m wallet app is not working.
Previously every citizen used this app to show rc and license without any issue now every time when I click on RC its showing details not found.

Can we be in her shoes for a second and imagine how heartbreaking it is.
Clearly shows in visuals that Truck driver wanted to overtake the scooter during the peak hours and that too on this under construction roads. Almost it’s happening for every six months because of roads.

@reliancejio @JIOAIRFIBERIN when you are unable to provide a quality network pls refund my amount. I asked to replace with JioFiber also but still no response. Such a worst network and team, shame on you guys for taking 20 days for resolving an issue.

@JIOAIRFIBERIN The day I installed Jio Airfiber, i am unable to connect to VPN and office network. I have been facing this issue and your backend team saying the same thing “ we are trying to fix the issue”. I am able to connect from Airtel, Act, JioFiber also.

@JioCare Your engineer was sitting at my home forlrw than 4 hours and shared the logs also to backend team in Mumbai. They simply said it won’t be resolved. This is your team’s capability on technical knowledge. Shame on you.

I’m tired of doing these stupid steps. These are repeated steps, when I call customer care, your engineer, when your engineer visits, every one starts with this stupid steps and my issue still exists.

@reliancejio @JIOAIRFIBERIN your Technical engineer visited and told it will not resolve. Is this capability of your technical team. Is this the quality you are offering to people? You want to compete in the market with such a poor quality?
