Ever since Tesla rolled out that performance improvement update, while performance did noticeably improved and I was overjoyed at first. But in a way, 14.3.4-14.3.7 all sucked, and I have disengaged way too many times on my daily commute that sometimes I just stop using FSD all together. FSD 100 % goes to HOV lane when I am driving alone. get in to slow lane while still 2 miles away from exit. all kinds of stupid things. exiting highway on wrong lane. accelerating into highway merge. On daily average, I went from no disengagement to 3-4 per day, and the total trip is only 12 miles! I am sure this level of regression is known...
Hoping 14.3.8 summer update would fix some of them.

14.3.6 still occasionally reproduces this problem, it is no longer 100% error anymore, but when it happens, it is quite disruptive, so I’ve made peace with just driving manually and would only try it when a new update arrives.

Please fix this @Tesla , tried it on standard profile, 100% repro. Unusable because FSD violate carpool law on my daily commute. It always wants to merge to carpool lane. Current carpool lane is set to auto, will set it to off tomorrow.

since FSD 14.3.2 and 14.3.4 hurry profile on CT, it repeatedly violates carpool lane policy when the carpool lane is on the right most side of the lane. Reproduce 70% of the time. @Tesla

lack of reasoning:
1. Even when Navigation data shows congestion, FSD still uses the congested route when a clear alternative route presented.
2. Even when navigation did route to a less congested route, FSD still stays on the congested lane instead of leaving the lane.
3. when two high way exits are close to each other (within 1/3 mile), and the first one is usually congested during rush hour while the second isn’t. FSD would choose to get onto the lane earlier despite congestion happening on the first exit.

Interventions after interventions. FSD is not a pleasant experience in my daily commute due to these issues. Work around is stop FSD, manual drive past the congestion exits, and then re-enable it.

Is it me hallucinating or Model YL is named after Yi-Long Ma except Chinese put family name first before first name, so it is Ma Yi-Long, Model Y L😎
It would be beautiful if that was the internal code name when @Tesla Shanghai was building it.

We've identified PCS electronics in pre-2026 Cybertrucks that do not meet our reliability standards and have made design changes to address this in newer vehicles.

Next steps for existing owners:
– Model year 2026: PCS warranty is now standard at 7 years/70k miles
– Model year 2024/2025: PCS warranty extended to 8 years/150k miles

Starting in the next few weeks, we will reimburse any charges for those who already required a PCS replacement and paid out of pocket.
