It literally can't do content moderation because its end-to-end encrypted. For the same reason it can't show you algorithmically collected trends or messages. I'm not guessing, you're just clueless.

I am also quite sure that Twitter has several times the amount of infrastructure that whatsapp has.

@wyshynski @OnePieceAnime The only thing you need to do is read the manga. Which admittedly is intimidating at 100 volumes, but it is broken down into separate longer story arcs so there are points you can take breaks, i.e. like seasons of a long running TV show like Doctor Who.
