@prestonstew_ Hi Preston. Any coverage on Konstantinovka basically nearly falling. Very quiet on the popular AFU support side, except WillyOAM [poss more i may have missed], as the fall could be catastrophic for AFU for the rest of the belt. Opinion?
Just me doing what I love, nothing better than handing these back over and knowing they're going to the right place 💥
Kherson is dangerous. We can't even wear any uniform in some places, the job has to be discreet, you never know whose watching.
These are some of the challenges faced by EOD and clearance teams in Ukraine.
@Swampy_EOD_Ukr is a huge loss, not just for Ukraine, but for me on a personal level, we had our moments last year, but still supported each other when needed and put Ukraine first.
This photo is the sort of thing we would argue about, I remember the message he sent when he seen it.. 'mate wtf.. you working with the nutters again' 😄
He was a true professional and he did always look out for me, even though I never took it on board 😄
He will be a huge loss for Ukraine, for us all.
So find that energy, keep supporting Ukraine and the organisations and volunteers which have given and dedicated their lives to this 🇺🇦

MASSIVE BREAKING VIA @WSJ
Elon Musk has been in regular contact with Vladimir Putin since 2022, discussing a range of topics including personal matters, business, and geopolitics.
- Putin asked Musk not to activate Starlink over Taiwan as a favor to Chinese leader Xi Jinping.
- Musk initially supported Ukraine’s military with Starlink but later restricted its use for offensive operations, aligning with Russia’s interests.
- Russian officials have pressured Musk on several fronts, including potential threats to his businesses, while Kremlin disinformation campaigns use Musk’s social platform X to influence U.S. politics.
- Musk’s deep connections to U.S. military projects, including SpaceX’s $1.8 billion classified contracts, raise national security alarms over his close ties to Putin.
- Musk is now a key backer of Trump’s 2024 campaign and could hold a major role in a future Trump administration.

I want to update you on the situation with @buymeacoffee (BMC) and Ukraine. BMC is the website where I have my blog for almost two years.
To remind you of the situation, it recently stopped registering creators from Ukraine, and there was information that it will discontinue payouts via Payoneer and Wise (the only option for existing creators from Ukraine to get their money to support themselves during the war).
So, what we have now:
1. No public statement from the company. Silence.
2. No communication with creators like me at all. I accidentally figured out that they will discontinue Payoneer payouts by November 1. BMC suggests using Wise (please see below) and Stripe (it doesn’t work in Ukraine). Me? I have Payoneer only.
3. What is wrong with Wise? I downloaded its app and discovered it doesn't support new Ukrainian accounts. I cannot get a Wise card, accept money on it…
what I can do is send money abroad (very useful, no?)
By the way, I cannot choose the Wise payout option on BMC anyway, but only Stripe.
So, Wise works only for those Ukrainian creators with Wise payouts and cards already.
4. Finally, I checked again regarding new users from Ukraine. When you try to register a new account on BMC and look for Ukraine to finish payout settings, there is no Ukraine in the list. That means that new users from Ukraine cannot finish their registration and use the website to support themselves as creators.
I am tagging a BMC co-founder, @jijosunny, not to react somehow but to face the truth. I don't want to hear again that BMC supports Ukraine, as it is not true. Support means finding solutions to help.
Meanwhile, I am gradually moving to Patreon, which offers Payoneer payouts and allows people to register accounts from Ukraine. My Patreon page is https://t.co/cARZc1SuKb. Please join and support me there if you can.
I will leave BMC by November 1 as Ukraine is not welcome there. 2,991 supporters, almost two years of work... Okay.
When my friend lost his leg to a landmine, I was absolutely devastated for him when I got the call.
One thing I promised was that I'd get him the best, even if it meant me finding the money in the UK and having to fund it myself..
In the end, after digging for days and numerous applications to clinics, I didn't need to pay.. thanks to the treatment centre that offered him a place and rehabilitation in Ukraine.
These are the real inspirational people for me, real heroes.. it could be quite easy to sit at home from today and leave it to the others, but he can't wait to get working again, serving his country.
This is what real heroes look like to me.. Oleg and the fantastic team of medical staff who work tirelessly to pick up the pieces of Putins aggression.
Unfortunately 'Hero' has become a term that gets thrown around a lot, along with medals that get handed out like lollipops.
There are many good, hardworking people, but 'heroes' are the ones who step up and put their life and limbs on the line.
Know who the real heroes in this war are! 🇺🇦

For every soldier deployed on the front, there's an average of 10 guys behind them. From cooks, medics, drivers, logistics, coms etc. A war is fought on all fronts, they all need a helping hand in times of need.
