@k1rallik As a gamer and wanna be Indy I would enjoy exploring this from the other side of the coin. I have not read their EULA but the points you list all make sense as an owner of intellectual property. Personally, I want you to play games. But I also have to protect my IP from others.
@BeanJuiceStudio Build games, not simulators. Think more about how to provide the effect than how to build a working replica of a system. A polygon butterfly is usually worth more than a fully modeled butterfly. It carries the same effect without the CPU/GPU cost.
