The multinational institutions i worked for told me that they were legal and compliant and safe to use as did the umbrellas. How was i supposed to know different. We’re just ordinary people trying to do our best. We relied on informed people to advise us!!!

@TinaRiches1 Reading between the lines, HMRC are accepting the report with gritted teeth. They ignore their own failings which have led to this fiasco and prefer to continue their strategy of punishment.
The threat of LC2 is particularly ominous.
Will the new intake of MPs show some backbone?

The Minister @Jesse_Norman needs to apologise to the families of those who’ve killed themselves facing the #LoanCharge, for trying to deny four confirmed #LoanChargeSuicides.
We gave evidence of 6 to Sir Amyas Morse on Friday. Friday night a 7th person tragically killed himself.
