Gently push over the forces of repression.
Steady progress & limited disobedience while retaining well-formulated good manners

The party of "f*ck your feelings" thinks that a law enforcement officer "feeling threatened" is grounds for immediate extrajudicial execution.
It's murder. F*ck your feelings.
#feelingthreatened
The Chinook Nation has a right to exist, but the Supreme Court won't even look at the case.
That rat bastard George W. Bush rescinded their federal recognition in 2002, and they're still fighting for their rights all these years later.
Our military uses a $40 million helicopter that's named after them, so the US government clearly has no problem recognizing the Chinook Nation when it comes to picking out names for their aircraft, but when it comes to Indigenous rights, they suddenly don't recognize them anymore.
Libya negotiated.
Let's be precise about what happened to Libya.
In 2003, Muammar Gaddafi made a strategic decision to abandon his weapons programs, open his country to international inspectors, and normalize relations with the West.
He paid reparations for Lockerbie.
He dismantled his nuclear program.
He cooperated with Western intelligence against Al-Qaeda.
He did everything that was asked of him.
He negotiated. He complied. He normalized.
In 2011, NATO bombed Libya for seven months.
His own military turned against him with Western backing.
He was captured in a drainage pipe.
A mob sodomized him with a bayonet while Western officials watched via satellite feed.
Hillary Clinton laughed about it on camera.
"We came, we saw, he died."
The man who gave up his deterrent in exchange for promises of security and normalization died in a drainage pipe while the people who made him those promises laughed at the footage of him being sodomized with a bayonet.
And Libya, which had the highest GDP per capita in Africa, free healthcare, free education, housing subsidies, and a functioning welfare state, became a failed state with open slave markets within three years.
This is what negotiated security guarantees look like.
This is the documented outcome.
Not a fringe case. Not a misunderstanding.
The most complete, unambiguous illustration possible of what your weapons are worth the moment you give them up.
The lesson is not complicated.
The only deterrent is a deterrent you still possess.
The moment you negotiate it away, you have nothing left to negotiate with.
For my prediction of the war on Iran, read this:
Napoleon’s French/European army dismissed Russians as "incompetent", "undisciplined", and "loud" "savages". Napoleon himself assured everyone that victory would be swift and said: "Amongst the Russians there are no generals in contending against whom I can acquire any glory. All I wish is to obtain the victory…"
(Obviously he did obtain his swift victory, and France enjoyed a long peaceful rule over Russia… until Russia rebelled.)
Nazi Germans adopted the same Napoleonic Orientalist logic to quell Russia. They portrayed Russians as "incompetent", "uncivilized", "smelly" "Untermenschen". Before Operation Barbarossa, Hitler famously said: ''We have only to kick in the door and the whole rotten structure will come crashing down.''
(As we all know, his prediction came true. That was the end of Russian history. The Germans, with their famous sense of humor, renamed that vast Russian Eurasian space "der Kleinraum", or "the small space" - I will give them that; it is funny.)
American leaders used the same reasoning about Chinese and Korean forces during the Korean War (1950–53). MacArthur described China's PLA as a peasant rabble with "little combat potential against a modern army" and declared that "they have no Air Force. Now that we have bases for our Air Force in Korea, if the Chinese tried to get down to Pyongyang there would be the greatest slaughter" in the history of warfare.
(He was right. The US achieved total victory. Chinese and Korean histories ended in 1953. In place of China and Korea, the US forces built a China town and a Korea town.)
American leaders/generals applied this Orientalist logic to Vietnam too. Lyndon Johnson referred to Vietnam as a "raggedy-ass little fourth-rate country" that could not withstand the "behemoth" of American modern military.
(Naturally, America won decisively. US forces did not flee Saigon in desperation and defeat. They remained there and changed the spelling of the place to "Sigh-Gone", to mock the defeat and the disappearance of Vietnam.)
Same in Afghanistan (2001). American officials described it as a "medieval" country of illiterate peasants. In 2001–2003, they called the Taliban a "spent force". In 2004, Bush declared: “As a result of the US military, the Taliban no longer is in existence.”
(And indeed, The Taliban vanished from earthly existence. The Taliban now reside in a spiritual realm known as "nothingness" in Buddhism, also known as "عدم" or 'the void' in Islamic theology. Afghanistan now appears on maps as "Alabama-stan").
Cut a long story short, my prediction of the recent US-Israeli criminal and colonial war on the beautiful country and people of Iran:
Given its status as an "uncivilized" "savage" place, being a "raggedy-ass fourth-rate country" with "no air force", its "medieval" leaders, given that it only requires a "weekend operation" to be defeated, given that "with one kick the whole rotten structure will come crashing down" etc. etc. etc., Iran will be defeated comprehensively, will cease to exist entirely, and will be soon renamed something like Oilistan, NewYorkistan, Trumpistan, or something like that. All of this will have happend by last Sunday.
ICE kidnapped a blind man and was forced to release him.
They *intentionally* dropped him off five miles from his house.
His body was discovered days later.
They murdered a blind man.

Anthropic’s red lines are no mass surveillance and no autonomous killer robots. It should terrify everyone that the pentagon finds these safeguards to be outrageous.
What happened last night w/ kids being released by ICE Nazis from Whipple Federal Building in Minneapolis was straight up evil. The kids were released in blizzard conditions wearing only t-shirts as protection from the freezing cold. The pedophile president is a fucking MONSTER.
Alito, Kavanaugh and Thomas voted that a President has the emergency power to do whatever he wants.
Keep that in mind the next time you want to argue that they're constitutionalists.
@RepThomasMassie EFTA02731083 definitely needs a review. It's an indictment roadmap that got removed. There is a useful Reddit thread pulling it all together here:

Tonight, Congress will vote to lower the age to prosecute minors as adults from 16 down to 14 in DC.
Let me get this straight:
Congress wants to prosecute 14 yr. olds as adults, but they don’t want to prosecute adults who sexually abuse 14 year olds?
