@CahnEmily Dr Praeger’s makes some veggie tot/nuggets that are dairy free. We have also done their veggie burgers with some success. Lots and lots of berries. Also I have started experimenting with some baked things - fritters, baked oatmeal, etc - where I sub in oat milk and coconut oil
