@DFS I am not happy at all!My sofa was due to be delivered yday and was cancelled 45 minutes before my time slot ended! I have removed my old sofa yday and now have no sofa until next del which I’ve been told is 3rd March!!!! I’ve had spinal surgery and need a sofa URGENTLY!

@VodafoneUK how do I speak to someone about a compliant. I asked the customer service representative to raise the complaint and was told they can’t. Need to sort this issue urgently!! Not the first time we’ve had an issue with voda and can’t get anywhere with a resolution!! 😤

Place an order with @footlocker and they send a size 10 1/2 along with a size 9! Ask them to exchange for correct shoes to be told to send them back then wait for them to be refunded (up to 14 days) then wait 3-10 days for the £ back! How is your mistake now an issue for me?? 😤

@currys response to an issue that’s been ongoing since 26th nov!!It takes promotions team over 6 weeks to do this and they think this is an acceptable time to wait?!?! And tell me to keep waiting 🤯🤯 will never ever use them again! Be warned guys the after service is shocking!

@currys when you place an order over 2 weeks ago and the item arrives with missing part of the order. Speak to curry’s multiple times and get no where! Even hung up on my when talking on the phone this morning!! I just want what I ordered 🤯🤯🤯🤯

@AppleSupport are the staff at @VodafoneUK trained on how the watch is linked to the account etc? It has taken a week for someone there to realise how you remove a linked watch and replace it with an upgrade 🤨🤯 mind is blown that they don’t know how to do this 🙈
