@AbsaSouthAfrica I’ve just sent a complaint to [email protected], I don’t think your team cares about client service and I am now busy hunting for a different insurer and possibly different bank. I’ve never been this frustrated.
@AbsaSouthAfrica I have an insurance claim currently for property. The claim was assessed and quotes were provided but now a week later I get told that the internal assessor must still do the work? Whilst still having a broken boundary wall and damaged canvass was side?
@picknpayasap is not so ASAP any longer. My last two orders on the app within a week took over 90 minutes to find a driver. At this stage I’m looking at using a different grocery store with more efficient delivery drivers.
@UberEats and @StandardBankZA an order was done on Uber eats and the money was deducted 6 times from my account yet the order on the app is still open and Standard Bank says uber must reverse. Please assist
@CityofJoburgZA Yes it’s our responsibility to keep pets indoors but your responsibility to enforce bylaws. You are clearly failing at your responsibility as people are going haywire tonight with fireworks.
