别胡扯。中国公务员，所有吃财政饭的100%超过1个亿。你不能只看中国公布的数字，老师呢、乡镇干部和村官呢？事业单位的所有人（自收自支的除外），都是中国各级财政养着的。
这些年还有各种影子银行公司， 名义上是个地方政府弄钱的（就是把资产抵押了多次，从不同口袋借钱），本质上他们都是财政养着的。

Governments and businesses follow different rules and laws. Overall, Musk's current approach is mostly wrong and ineffective, and it ends up in a mess.
Government policies and laws must ensure procedural justice, and it is impossible to move too fast. Society is a large and complex system. If it moves too fast, it will be chaotic and messy, and it will not be effective.
