I am pleased to have participated in the Shield of the Americas Summit held last weekend by President @realDonaldTrump in Doral, Miami, Florida.
It served as a significant platform for dialogue on strengthening partnerships across the Americas with a shared goal: to build greater cooperation to defend our sovereignty, safeguard our security, and promote economic prosperity throughout the region.
Now that the Eastern Caribbean airspace has reopened, we have resumed scheduled service and so far added nearly 5,000 additional seats — deployed the largest aircraft in our fleet — to and from the region to support customers affected by the FAA-mandated restrictions.

@UNMediaLiaison this year’s arrangements for media with regards to pathways to exit the UN campus, forcing practitioners to have to walk up the steps to the GA plaza is absolutely unreasonable and inconsiderate. Previous years there used to be a pathway to get back to the entrance area to exit and wheel our carts there. I’m very discouraged and feel marginalized.

Met up with @vanderbellen (Federal President of Austria) in the margins of #UNGA80. We exchanged views on our strengthened bilateral relationship. I expressed my appreciation for Austria’s assurances of a final contribution to the gang suppression efforts in Haiti.

I am deeply saddened to learn about the recent terrorist attack in Kashmir that has left scores dead and many more injured. This heinous act of violence is a tragic reminder of the devastating impact of extremism.
I unequivocally condemn this brutal attack, which serves no purpose other than to instill fear and suffering. Violence is never a solution; it only perpetuates a cycle of pain and loss. We must strive for peace and understanding, working together to build a future free from such atrocities.
Please convey my heartfelt condolences to the families and loved ones of those who have lost their lives in this tragedy. They are in my thoughts during this incredibly difficult time.
Let us all stand together against such acts of violence and commit ourselves to fostering a culture of peace and compassion.
I am confident that those responsible for this horrific attack will be brought to justice.
With deepest sympathy
China rep to @UN Security Council accuses the US of being the "Mastermind" behind Haiti's problems, the "defacto leader on security matters" and accuses US of shirking its responsibilities after "orchestrating" the current transition.
On Monday new DomRep rules concerning Haitians went into effect & maternity wards targeted; already 2 Haitian women gave births on the streets & one was deported to Haiti without her newborn twins. So where does this mothers turn when #DomRep consuls m/embassy closed in Haiti?
