@elonmusk It costs the 158MM American taxpayers ~$49,000 to fund the Federal budget and interest on our unpaid debt annually. Most Americans don’t have that much extra money; cut the spending. Those that want the superfluous spending can do it with their own money; I won’t even protest or sing songs about it.
Federal budget -$6.8T / -158MM = -$43K
Debt interest -$952B / ~158MM = ~$6K
