We have a great event coming up on the 16th November from @ServiceLabLDN all about co-design!
We will hear from our wonderful speakers @TriciaLeeUX, Luke Forward and @jenniparker57 who will explore co-design from a service design, research and line management perspective.

@Inclusively had the pleasure of supporting the fantastic Common Ambition team and a brilliant steering group of people with lived experience of homelessness to co-create a detailed map of the current housing pathways across Brighton and Hove.
Let me know if any of this resonates with you and how you like to describe what you do.
Big shout out to @worddoodles_EP for inspiring me to write more again.
My favourite response when I've said I'm a service designer and researcher is “ oh so you design service stations, like petrol stations?” To be fair if that was a project I was approached with to design further inclusive service stations I would love it!

Are you wondering where to advertise roles to get more diverse candidates to apply?
Try running a careers event.
The problem isn’t that we’re not finding out about the job. It's that we have questions and concerns that aren't being addressed.
