@andybudd There is a real need for more service thinking and to take a more holistic perspective of the flow. Two ideas how we did this: 1️⃣ weekly or biweekly screen reviews with a service designer. 2️⃣ We run unhappy path workshops to uncover issues early.
Our final brilliant speaker for the event is @lilli_graf
She provides insights on designing for resilience, exploring outside the box of simply reducing emissions and showing the importance of designing for adaptation and resilience in our changing world!
@lilli_graf founder of @imma_collective introduces the important themes of transformative adaption, resilience and anti-fragility in service design, explaining the practical applications and benefits of their incorporation!
Resilience vs. Antifragility

Antifragility, on the other hand, is like a tree. Heavy storms break weak branches and clear away old leaves, to make it grow stronger.
