@MarkRow27106488 @MarkEas25982645 @passportwaiting It will be from when your second nominee confirmed your identity. It is not from when you first submitted your passport application. It’s an awful system. You should just be allowed to upgrade especially since you are paying either way!

@MarkRow27106488 @passportwaiting It’s six weeks from when they receive identity details from your chosen person. Was the person you asked a verified professional ? They only accept certain professionals to verify your identity

@MarkEas25982645 @passportwaiting If you travel in 2 weeks are you not eligible for an upgrade as it says on their website you can upgrade if you have proof you fly in 2 weeks time
