We have a small group for traders that meets weekly over at @sanglucci.

Sometimes people talk about tactical stuff, but for the most part we focus on psychological side of the game. What's holding you back, what's causing issues, what's worth celebrating.

There are some heavy hitters with 8 figure accounts and tons of experience. Naturally you'd expect the more experienced, bigger traders to do more teaching than others.

Yet there's one guy whose had a huge impact on the group, and he just started trading with live money a few weeks ago. He's still learning a lot, tactically speaking.

But every single session he drops incredible perspective and wisdom that makes everyone stop in their tracks, and think.

The other day he described his process for processing his emotions as data, and using that to calibrate his approach for the day.

He's very new to the game. But that doesn't mean lessons and skillsets he's learned elsewhere in life don't apply.

A good reminder that teachers are everywhere, and not always who you think.
