Sad news about @DrMichaelMosley, used to love watching his documentaries and admired his willingness to experiment on himself. He actually got me into meditation, managed to make it sound appealing to my logical brain at that time.
Finally got round to watching Tish (thanks to this lovely double bill), which was pretty powerful, can now see why it gets so much attention on Twitter/X (which is actually how I found out about this event in the first place - nice cinema too).
THIS SATURDAY: Come along to our double bill screening of 'Tish' and 'The Old Oak' followed by a live Q&A with Paul Sng and Paul Laverty. Link below to secure your tickets now (or link in bio):

Now back to only doing my own X account, but for anyone interested in photography in Edinburgh/Scotland I recommend checking out @studiesinphoto, they and https://t.co/OdceWCY5tV also have lots of lovely books in their shop.
@AlanWilson_SP@studiesinphoto Ah right wow, it’s good you managed to find out then, you’ll have to dig through his film archives next 😉 or I wonder if someone else would know, would be interesting to find out!
Am here for two days helping @studiesinphoto (whose X account I’ve taken over since April) and just got a bit star struck meeting Martin Parr, the man who got me into photography.
We are at Photo London and the first Scottish-based photography organisation to be taking part. If you are attending drop by for a chat, our stand is P06.
Highly recommend David Williams work, especially if you’re into Buddhism and photography - the ones on the easel and wall are from Zen Buddhist temples.
Join us now for David Williams book signing at @PhotoLondonFair and for a chance to see his 88 Places and Tofuku-Ji Temple box sets (you can see an example of the former on the wall and the latter on the easel next to him).
When you've exhausted the Functional Medicine world, it's nice to have conferences like Beyond Functional Medicine (by @healthmeans) and The Health Transformation Summit (Sarah Kleiner/Carrie Bennett).
