@ZARA_Care I need to speak to someone on the phone. I have tried THREE TIMES to sort a return on an item that was sent to me without tags, clearly not new. 3 times they have sent me a returns label for the wrong item!!! I have sent photos to show them etc. I can’t be more clear!!
