Great to meet today with @POTUS, @JDVance, @SpeakerJohnson and Administration + tech leaders. Important conversation and we signed today the White House Accord on Super Intelligence.
As I shared today, Google has invested hundreds of billions in the last two years alone, with more to come, across the entire stack, to deliver benefits for America and the world. We’re working to build products that deliver real value for people and businesses, invest in local communities, and build trust in the technology.
Industry also has to innovate responsibly. Google’s focused on building the right way, with appropriate testing, evaluations, red-teaming, and other safeguards against misuse and misalignment – and releasing models or products only after they’ve been thoroughly reviewed.
We are committed to working with other industry leaders to establish norms and build public confidence. The White House Accord and the Joint Commitment on Frontier Responsibilities signed today is a solid basis for moving forward - it contains real tangible steps to promote safe development, while delivering the economic and scientific benefits of this technology.
From concept to reality.
@SpaceX has successfully deployed Starlink V3 satellites into Earth’s orbit and made contact with them for the first time.
At scale, one Starship carries 60 V3 satellites, the same network capacity as about 20 Falcon 9 launches.
🚀 For 13 flights, Starship was intentionally kept on a suborbital path. Flight 14 changed that.
On September 28, Ship 41 reached orbit for the first time, despite an early Raptor engine shutdown. SpaceX then used another engine burn to complete orbital insertion.
At roughly 275 km above Earth, Starship deployed 26 Starlink V3 satellites—its first operational payload in orbit.
The flight ended early, but the milestone was enormous.
Starship didn’t just reach space. It finally entered the orbital era. 🌍🔥
🚨 JUST NOW: Elon Musk and Jensen Huang give an INSIDE LOOK at the big meeting between top AI firms and President Trump today, saying they'll now be "grading each other's homework" 😆
@elonmusk: "We signed a JOINT DECLARATION regarding SI safety, and I think that'll be published by the White House soon."
"We agreed to a number of things that include a joint monitoring board, special committees, and just generally grading each other's homework, which is a LOT better than if people just grade their OWN homework, for obvious reasons." 😂
NVIDIA CEO @JensenHuang: "I thought the declaration has a LOT of teeth. I thought it was REALLY well written."
"It includes everything from rigorous internal controls, well established methods, well established processes, very clearly documented intentions of the products that you're building, internal controls to make sure that you're delivering on those intentions, internal audit that escalates, external audits from a third party, and then industry sharing best practices."
"POTUS pulled it all together. He watched over the meeting, and was able to bring EVERYBODY out."
I think it's a significant positive step that the leaders of every major American lab have committed to implementing robust internal controls and multiple layers of audits and reviews. This should give people more confidence that the technology each lab is building will work as intended.
This is excellent 🫡
Its pretty fucking cool that we get to live at the time when there is a "White House Accord on Super Intelligence." Lets work together and do this right.
We’re now live in Ecuador with @Starlink Mobile! The new service with @CNT_EC will connect people in cellular dead zones across the country’s diverse terrains including the Amazon rainforest and Galápagos Islands.
Backstage before our panel on superintelligence at the launch of https://t.co/pdYe2rppWr
Will post the video when it comes out.
Also @jgebbia has done something truly awesome for the country. We should all be grateful!

Only President Trump could convene all the leaders of the top companies developing chips, data centers and frontier models for Super Intelligence. This new Industrial Revolution has already created a million new jobs and is spurring a bigger infrastructure build-out than the railroads, canals and grid combined. I was honored to witness history as the leaders of the frontier lab companies signed the White House Accord on Super Intelligence, accepting responsibility for the safe development of their products and imposing new internal controls and external audits. This is far better than waiting years for some international agreement that would probably never happen. President Trump continues to ensure that U.S. remains the technology leader while putting Americans first.
