@Emmanuella45836 A warrantless blood draw is only legal if it not possible to get a warrant in a timely manner. Police can get a warrant 24/7 with a judge on duty to e-sign any warrants.

So, this wouldn’t be happening unless the cop wanted the evidence tossed, or this was over a decade ago.

Some Dr you saw just once could affect how other Drs treated you for the rest of your life.

Pharmacists keep up to date on all medications, and part of their job is to check if medications from multiple Drs would interact badly.
