Please retweet to help Harold find a forever home #WALES North #UK
Harold was rescued from euthanasia in a British council pound.
Harold is a dinky little terrier who’s only around 5 years old. Sadly, he was left on a site in a caravan when the people moved out. When he was picked up he was covered in fleas and ticks. It became obvious he has one eye missing and awfully docked tail!💔
Despite all this is he a little gentleman who hasn’t put a paw out of place since arriving. He did his seven days in the pound and came very close to being put to sleep as no one came for him. Thankfully we had a foster home free for him!
Harold has been a true gentlemen since arriving in our care. He has happily done everything we have asked of him. He is housetrained and sleeps through the night too.
This dinky lad is great with people and other dogs. Plus he’s good on lead too, he isn’t worried by traffic and travels well in the car!
At the vets he was a super star and allowed a full examination to take place, he is more than happy to be handled. He has passed a health check, started his vaccinations, been flead and wormed.
He’s booked in to be microchipped, neutered and at the same time they going to clean out the eye socket where his eye is missing and get that better for him. Thankfully not a big job and he copes perfectly well with one eye.
Harold is a quiet lad who loves the garden and all the sniffs. He is going to be someone’s best friend.
We feel he could live with or without another neutered dog, he could live with dog savvy children or in active retired home environment. As long as he is loved and gets his walks, he’s a happy lad.
Please share this sweet soul so he can find his happy forever after and finally be treated as a family member!

I save dogs here in Thailand and it’s very tough emotionally.

The biggest boost is seeing a dog in their new home. Especially at Christmas. Like little Rodney we saved and who is now in Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

These rescues will fill your heart with joy (1/12) 🧵

The RSPCA wants to speak to this man after a dog was brutally beaten and thrown to the ground during an attack in Cornwall.
It was reported that a man struck the dog twice - with a lead and his hand - before picking it up by its collar and throwing it to the ground.
Help spread the word.
Find him.

In the UK , a stray dog becomes the property of the council after just 7 days. The dog can then be sent to a rescue shelter. If local rescue shelters are full the dog is at risk of euthanasia. Shelters across the UK are full❗️

🙏 A Huge Favor Needed…

If you like the videos and happy stories like Shaq, Billy, Mr Big and Stella I need help doing something very important.

We currently…

🥘 Feed 800 dogs every single day

✂️ Pay for 4000 sterilization operations per month

🧑🏽‍⚕️ Treats dozens of sick dogs on monthly basis at vets

💊 Provide meds for 100s of dogs a month.

I’m currently moving anybody who donates to the official charity so we can keep doing this at scale. People have been so kind but now I need to move everybody into the Happy Doggo charity.

All you have to do is either…

1. Sign up below and I’ll cancel the old donation

2. If want to be a new supporter sign up here also…

https://t.co/ABJIdQMIs4

P.S I’ve never actually asked for donations here and won’t in the future either. I just prefer to share inspiring content and people hopefully like it. Back to normal content after this but just a bit worried about losing all current donors as change systems 🙏

[Niall Harbison @NiallHarbison]

This is Mr Big. He is a street dog who was very down on his luck when I got a message about him last night.

He arrived in agony and totally broken but his future will be bright (1/6) 🧵
