Never use @MyEyeDr - they made new lenses for my frames and then snapped my (expensive) frames while fitting the lenses. “The frames broke”, no apology, no offer to cover any cost. No warning there was a risk, no waiver signed but apparently they have 0 liability.
@MintMobileCares hi, I have a friend who is I. Hungary - roaming been working fine for a few days and this morning nothing when she tried to- no signal and can’t get on a network. She’s tried all the steps from the website several times. Is that related to the outage you have?
@vacasarentals@RobGreyber Hi, finally on third or fourth attempt the customer service put us through to a manager who has assisted very quickly and solved the issue - offering a full refund. Thank you - but note the process to get here was stressful and long winded…..
@RobGreyber@vacasarentals How do you escalate a complaint within Vacasa? Arrived at a property in a terrible state - spoke to multiple people on the phone and sent emails & SMS with pictures as requested and no one comes back. Awful customer service
@MRibnek@vacasarentals Same here - arrived at a property; dirty, smelly, mold on the AC units. Offered $300 back from 7.5k. No one ever calls back or acknowledges receipt of pictures etc.

What a farce @AerLingus is. Chicago to Manchester return. Lost bag on way out for 5 days. Customer service useless - promised to call me back, never did. Checkin on way back - 1 agent; chaos as it opened late. Ground staff had no answer.
@pharmaalex94@AerLingus Good luck getting ANY help from @AerLingus . They’ll probably message you to tell you some of the replies are spam accounts and not to send details, and then not follow up on your complaint. 6 days for my bag 2 weeks ago.
Then in Dublin the plane to Chicago was boiling when we boarded. They told us the ground AC was broken and we had to wait till engines were on. Then delayed etc - over an hour; maybe hour and half full plane no AC. No water offered either.
@AerLingus you forgot to my bag on the plane on Wednesday. It arrived in Manchester on Thursday and I still don’t have it. Eagle aviation say economy service to deliver - when will I actually get my bag???
