@emilykmay When we moved into our house the one thing I knew I wanted to invest in was a dining set that I loved and that I wouldn’t have to replace in 2 years because it was falling apart. We moved in 4 years ago and I still haven’t found one.

@garonnevik While dealing with health issues recently I’ve been forced to learn how to rest. One thing I do is plan my rest as an active action, instead of treating it as something that happens once everything else is done. Time for rest gets scheduled into my calendar.

@bodyfarmer_sam @transcowboy I once asked a doctor, “like how much pain am I in above my normal amount of pain?” And they gave me a long stare before they said “what do you mean your normal amount of pain?” And it was then I realized that not everyone is in a certain amount of pain all the time.
