SJC clerk confirms to @CBSNews that an appeal on behalf of Lindsay Clancy was filed at 12:29 PM today. That's EXACTLY an hour after the Judge told Reddington he had an hour. It's now the court lunch break from 1-2 PM. Jurors MUST wonder what's happening.
