@EcciusMaximus There is no word for cousin in Arabic, Ancient Hebrew, Aramaic. In all these cousins are called brothers. I was an Arabic linguist in the Army, and can tell you Arabs call their cousins brothers even in English. This is what is happening in the Greek, here.
