The burden of special needs to local schools is bulging, and some parents give up everything so their child can get the help they need, which is usually in private schools

It’s fundamentally missing from the local church and feel it needs to be explicitly called out. Wimber might have included it, but my experience of Vineyard is that it was not part of its purpose
