Our Teaching Hospital - Barau Dikko Teaching Hospital has only 9 house officer, most of which are not being paid.
Note, House officers are the back bone of medical service delivery in every Teaching Hospital.
We demand immediate employment and payment of more HOs.

For those of you who don't know, resident doctors at Barau Dikko Teaching Hospital, kaduna have been on strike since the 4th of this month. Why? Let me gist you......

With this drastic decrease in the number of doctors, the workload did not reduce in anyway from how it was in 2021.
Same work, same number of patient but less doctors to attend.
