You are over charging in every trip and not letting anyone access the customer support option. Showing 490 then charging 770, showing 380 then charging 503. The driver choose the route on his own/according to your map.

@Uber_India the riders asks for extra money and if you don't want that they ask you to cancel. In your app there is an option "driver asked to cancel" , even if that is chosen still we have to pay a fine. Please justify.
