>Police harassment & inaction: Refused to register FIR.
Protected the powerful instead of investigating complaints.

>Lower courts joined the harassment:
Special CJM (Customs), Lucknow rejected his proper application under BNSS Section 173(4) and forcibly converted it into a weak private complaint case (Misc Case 54/2026). No fair investigation ordered.

>Allahabad High Court dismissed his writ petition, leaving him with no real remedy.

Stop addressing judges as “My Lords.”
Address them as “Mr. Judicial Servant”

Because they are public servants—not feudal rulers.

Respect is earned through conduct, not demanded through outdated titles.

They are no longer seen as saints above criticism. They are constitutional functionaries, accountable to the people they serve.
