Hey @SP_EnergyPeople I am upset and disgusted what you are currently putting my mum through who has recently lost her husband. She has faulty meters fitted and unable to get meter readings. She is at least £1300 in credit which I suspect will more than double as they’ve (1)
(4) we also want our credit back as soon as possible. If this is not resolved as a matter of urgency I will write to @MartinSLewis and your regulator and anyone else who will listen. Terrible treatment for a grieving widow to have to deal with! 👎
(3) we submitted a complaint (8398939173/40) and the first thing we get told is to submit meter readings? What are
Scottish power not understanding. We want to leave your company, how do we go about this without having meter readings.
@JayBuck15528981@TNLUK I just don’t trust the app, there’s lots of glitches which should have been sort before now! Also they’re supposedly making changes to the Euro Millions so no doubt that will bring even more issues with the app. Thought they’d want to encourage more people to play online 😩
Also @TNLUK I’m having problems with your app and just don’t trust it, it’s not working correctly. I spent £50 on the Euro Millions last night (syndicate), this morning it’s duplicated two of my tickets and remove another two! Cont.. 1/2
@TNLUK 4. It’s now added 7900 but still no sign of 8700! I’ve no confidence in the app whatsoever. Why are tickets appearing and disappearing. Last night my Thunderball ticket went missing but it’s back this morning. Looks like something dodgy is going on!
@TNLUK 1. Over the last few days I’ve bought 20 lucky dips on the Euro Millions for last night for my works syndicate (5 tickets with 4 lines on each). Screen shots of the tickets just after I purchased them attached!
@TNLUK 3. Attached is the list of tickets shown in my app this morning. Where are tickets ending 7900 and 8700? And why are tickets 9500 and 7400 duplicated indicating I’ve won at total of £24.40, but you’ve credited my account with £12.20.
@ha66ie ..2/2 I used to regularly spend £10 on the lotto on Saturday night hoping that at least I’d get 3 numbers and £30. Now spending £10 you’d only break even if you were lucky enough to get 3 numbers! I’ve reduced my spending to £4, it at all.
@ha66ie It’s obviously not going as well as planned for them as it’s a “must be won” draw tonight and the jackpot is only £8.3M. Before the changed the MBW natural jackpots would be £11-12M. Looks like not as many players are playing! Cont.. 1/2
@VirginMoney 2of2. I shouldn’t have to got & reset them because your system is rubbish! You’ve also told me how much to save each month. It’s up to me to decide that. I’ve reduced the payments to zero & I’ll save what I decide each month, not you, which is where this issue has arose I think!
hi @VirginMoney just when I thought you’d finally sorted the app and made the saving pots easier to navigate I get this message effectively saying I can’t have access to my savings until I put £350 into my savings account. Surely that can’t be right?
@VirginMoney I’ve got the latest version of the app installed. You’ve never quite got the saving pot situation right, ever! In theory they’re an excellent idea but you don’t seem to have the technical capabilities to deal with them which is shocking in this day and age! 1of2
Hey @TNLUK I’m a syndicate manager. I’ve just noticed on the app that you can flick a button if you’re a syndicate manager. Does this mean you can have a separate syndicate manager account as I also run my own personal lottery account online. Thanks.
