I’m starting a thread of the hikes I’ve taken this summer because well, I love nature and I love hiking. 😝
Let’s start with Grand Teton Part 1 of a million 😅
Today will go down as the craziest weather day I have ever covered in my home state. Gambled east in the open warm sector / modifying outflow regime ahead of the PFT/cold front and it paid off in the form of numerous large, damaging, but photogenic tornadoes in central Illinois.
@JamesDistler15@Kentucky_WX@MaxVelocityWX I’m over here wanting to scream at my tv to tell Max that the storm is cycling because he’s scrolling so fast through Chris’ feed 😂💀
You know how Mt.Everest gets traffic jams because climbing it has become the “cool” thing to do? That’s what storm chasing has become- except literal traffic jams happen because of it. 🥴 @MaxVelocityWX
@CarlRWarner@Nationals@MLB THANK YOU. I cannot stand seeing so many MLB batters pulling their heads because they’re swinging for the damn fences. Bunting is strategic and makes the game more fun- especially when executed perfectly.
🚨Donald Trump posted this video on Truth Social depicting Michelle Obama and Barack Obama as monkeys
There’s no coming back from
This. There’s no “he didn’t mean it.” He “isn’t racist.” The president is a monster, a piece of shit. And if you choose to defend him, you are too.
@BabyDomRants@JeffPassan I don’t necessarily disagree. I love small ball in situations like this! It changes up the strategy and when it works well, it’s so exciting.
@DrRubens286485@Mariners It took SEVEN games for them to finally change something up and implemented small ball. They got back-to-back base hits then had a sacrifice bunt. It set them up beautifully. Until the next two batters struck out, swinging for the fences. 🙃
@DrRubens286485@Mariners In all fairness, Seattle’s offense is doing next to nothing to help their pitchers out. They’re swinging for the fences & relying on runs from HR hits, leaving RISP, not getting base hits, not using small ball and have made several baserunning mistakes.
