Sharing a small labour of love. Footage of snakes sound my home in Bangalore over the last 6 years. Simple message - treat them with respect and let them be; only move them (ethically) if necessary. Read the caption for more details.

Population density thread because you and I both know you have nothing better to do.
Let's start with this cool way to visualize population density, by @undertheraedar. The height of each spike displays the population density in that location.
my friend said that when you have high verbal intelligence (good at expressing yourself/arguing) you should be careful not to take advantage of other people who are less good at “debating” and that’s always stuck with me
I will never understand why people already in wildlife defend how the field is. They romanticize living out of their car, making less than fast food workers and working sunrise to sunset. I get that you see amazing things, but not everyone can live that lifestyle.
@NameNumbers3456 @rosierollie @buckycapped @fayemikah If I’ve learnt anything, it’s that kindness is not the default option used for most strangers on social media
@ruchitpatel the @allevents_in support section seems completely unresponsive to my query from over 2 weeks ago. Possible to expedite please? Preferably with an email thread and not an in-website / app chat box so I can follow the paper trail.
@ragunathjawahar@gonsalves_r We had a fun one yesterday too! My neighbour @sandeepnanu who’s just getting into the rescue scene uploaded it here
